EIDS Angel Membership Form
Welcome to Eastern Idaho Down Syndrome Family Connect (EIDS). The EIDS Angel Membership is for families that have had a child with Down syndrome pass away. You will always be a part of our Down syndrome community and you are welcome at all of our events. There is no fee to join, membership is free! Filling out the form below allows us to connect with you through e-mail and an occasional mailing about things going on in EIDS. This is a household form so only one needs to be filled out per household. If at anytime you would like to stop receiving emails or mailings please contact us at info@easternidahdownsyndrome.org and we will help make that happen. We are happy to have you in our EIDS family.
